Janice...We are familiar with all the 55 and over active communities here on Long Island and enjoy learning about the same type of communities in other areas. Are there many active 55+ communities in Pa?

55+ Communities have been springing up all over PA due to the favorable tax situation on pensions, 401Ks, etc. So the answer is a resounding YES!
