Great Sounding Community..and look at those great prices, Pinnacle Peaks-Torrey Pines N home Buyers better act, or there may not be the choices in the near future.

Fred: I believe there are drainage issues with the type of soil we have here (lots of clay and caliche) so basements are rare!

Tom: When someone has a party or guests coming over many gated communities have phones right outside that ring the residence (after you dial the code) or there are gate codes!

Hi Renee! As always, great information on Pinnacle Peaks Torrey Pines NV ! What a great selection the builder is providing the buyers and the price for a gated community is unbelievable!

Debe: The homes are amazing (I have done some rentals over there.) Being from the midwest I like the basement hideaway concept! The basements aren't huge but would make perfect offices!

I have to agree that there is a nice selection here and a gated community is a bonus! In Austin, we do not really have that many basements since most of the area is sitting on limestone!

Russell, I knew TX had an abundance of "slab" homes (that's what we called them from where I come from!) I just didn't know why!

Renee, the homes Pinnacle Peaks - Torrey Pines N in Corronada Ranch look very nice - and a basement at that price around Las Vegas is especially attractive!

Renee - 5,400 sq feet is a huge house! Looks like a beautiful gated community.
