I ask myself, "Why am I asked this question." Everyone KNOWS this is a MAJOR violation in real estate law. Especially now, Mortgage Brokers are being made the Bad Guys that caused the Mortgage Crisis. And then I think about how many loan officers paid kick backs to the real estate agents. These loan officer had to inflate fees or decrease their operating margin. Now they are out of business because they could not stay in business with this added expense.

The market is starting to come back. Let's work hard and honest. Let's not have to worry about the FBI or the DRE, investigating us. Greed and fraud is always revealed.
