Rick: Thanks for the humor. Today I'm wearing the OFF DUTY hat, but I've worn all those above at one time or another.

Rick - You are so right.  WE do where a lot og hats.  But I really don't think our job is all that hard if done right.  I think it is challenging but fun if done right.  Very rewarding too.

Thanks Matt.  I like that hat - don't seem to wear it as much as I'd like.

Right Endre.  I'm a mortgage broker, and though I may not wear as many hats as you guys, Marketing Mgr. is one of them for sure.

Bob, our jobs are challenging since you need to be competent at so many things - or better yet, hire folks who can act as Virtual Assistants for tasks that you can delegate.  You'll save money on hats  ;-)

Rick.....real estate agents tend to wear more hats than they should.... we need to be very cautious about wearing some of that hats you listed....in this litigious society, helping folks with certain specialties that you are not certified to do, can lead to trouble.....caution needs to be taken and referrals made to those who have a certification, i.e. accountants & lawyers.....

So true.  I see agents that often wear hats they should not be wearing . . . and sometimes are not allowed to.  :)

Aren't we all asked often what do you think will happen in this market? So I would guess we are Fortune Tellers!

Rick:  Forget marriage counselor...just counselor in general.  So many emotions tied up in buying and selling homes it's imperative to be able to figure out how your clients are making their decisions.
