I have toured the Sea Breeze Condominiums Resort previously and was delighted with the experience in its entirely. I was not the only one delighted, either. I had opportunity to chat with a guest who was checking out. He and his family were thrilled with their Sea Breeze experience.
When you are investing in a Resort Condominium, there are concerns beyond the unit itself. Management and employee attitudes from the ground up are an important factor in your success as a vacation condo owner.
As with my first visit I found the front desk staff, housekeepers, and the General Manager, Allen Headley, to be friendly and accomodating. The grounds and common areas are faultlessly cared for.

Come on...email me, call me, give me another excuse to visit Sea Breeze. One attribute about Sea Breeze that excites me, thrills me, delights me--it is located on the Southside of Hwy 90 or Beach Blvd. Nothing will EVER be built in front to obscure this view.
The picture on the left is the "Sitting Pool". The large swimming pool has cabanas available to enhance your poolside enjoyment.
A well equipped health club is located near the pool. 10th floor looking down. Yes, I was slightly dizzy.
Talk about hospitality--I was given a personal escort to a Penthouse deck! Facing West towards Gulfport.
The Grand Finale, remember that a vacation resort condominium, especially the Sea Breeze of Biloxi-- is about a borrowed lifestyle. The Treasure Bay is within walking distance with the Beau Rivage and other casinos nearby (the same for other condominiums)... Other choices readily available are fishing, boating, golf, small island hopping, shopping...The Sea Breeze is the only condominiums Resort that allows you to walk out the back, to the beach without crossing traffic. When you buy a vacation condo here, you'll probably want to be the most frequent guest!
More information to come. I have viewed several of the 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. As a Real Estate Broker I have opportunity to see a wide variety of upscale homes. The difficulty I have now is finding the right words for impeccable, luxurious, elegant--without sounding like a Real Estate Broker. The simple solution is for you to visit soon and see for yourself.
