Video Property Tours, why they are not your typical virtual tour

When I do a presentation of Video Property Tours for a group of Realtors I usually get asked the question why would a video tour be better then what I am currently using? Just incase you were wondering the same thing here is my reply.

1. Video Tours provide you a way to immerse the viewer into the home by giving them more of a sense of being there, it also gives you a way to point out key features of the home IE they have a pool with a water fountain feature in it, with video you can see the fountain in motion instead of just a static photo. It's like having an open house 24/7

2.Face facts many ways of marketing homes have became commonplace and just don't have the impact that they did when they were first introduced, a typical photo tour of a home does not much wow factor to it, with Video Tours you can offer the buyer a fresh new way to see the listing and have it stand out in their mind because it was unique.

3. If you are brave and want to star in your own tour you can do so. With a Video Tour you can be in front of the camera and introduce yourself and you can also be in the shot to introduce the room, talk about its features show that you can still do a cartwheel etc. Try doing that with photos.

4. Video is one of the most popular mediums on the Internet, if not then youtube would not have sold for Billions

video tours are easy and don't cost too much if you have the basic skills.  I did my first over a year ago and love what it did for my listing.
