Time for a light hearted post! Who is your favorite Agent/Broker OUTSIDE your own company and why?

I'll go first! My favorite outside my own company Broker is John McGovern of Avalon Properties. He was my ex-Managing Broker at All West Realtors in Colorado Springs. Although the company was sold to a franchise, John is doing just fine at another local brokerage and he is my favorite because he is always there, (even until today), to give some wisdom and knowledge and to lend a helping hand. Of course, I love his sidekick, George Zeis, too and coming in a VERY close second is Don Benedict, who is also one of the old gang from that same brokerage and the best retired property manager in the region.
