Posing For The Camera

He's just sitting there without a care in the world. I could tell from the way he was moving his head around that he was very much aware of my presence. Yet he just stood there, posing for the camera. It even looks like he has his little claws crossed. I wonder what he's thinking. Any ideas?

How cute is this? He is probably thinking that he might get a treat after you take the photo! :-)

Susan that's very possible. My husband does feed them, which keeps them away from our home. When we first moved in we had a problem with them in the house, but since Mike started feeding them they don't seem to try to get in.

You gotta know what comments are coming, regarding another certain little squirrel on AR...

Sue - I too have a nice crop of "tree rats." Since I feed the deer, I have some pretty healthy squirrels.

Super cute! Thanks for sharing. Have you ever seen a squirrel sleep? I've never seen one at night, so I know they must sleep, but...where, when? I'm just curious if they borrow or climb or what.

That is such a cute picture Sue! You captured him perfectly! He is probably hoping for a nut for the pose. He should have a care though don't you think? You do have winter heading your way don't you?

Suesan!!! That is Nutsy's relative! As cute as the squirrel is, it may be Nutsy's child out of wedlock. We know that Nutsy is single. But if the cute one is a girl squirrl that is NOT a relative, let's introduce her to Nutsy. Oh! I'm so excited. Gottal tell Nutsy!!!

Suesan, He is quite the poser, isn't he?! I love to watch squirrels play, their tails are mesmerizing as run round and round and round! Thanks for sharing that great pic!
