We recently staged an Atlanta Buckehead Condo on the 20th floor with a nice view. The unit had been on the market for some time and had hardly any showings. After they contacted our Atlanta Home Staging Company and we finished staging the property it got 10 showings in one week and a contract :-)...
Barbara, Staging works. The prospective buyers couldn't figure out what to do with that round wall until they saw the furniture in there!
Thank you Beverly and good point the round wall is a great architectural feature but some might have seen it as a challenge for furniture placement.

It's beautiful, Barbara. I'm quite sure the round walls would have been visually challenging for the buyers. You created a great solution.

Barbara, the bedroom is truly a testament of what staging can do for a vacant space. The before photo shows that there is not enough room for a bed however, your staging proves that there is plenty of space. Your staging is beautiful, congratulations!
