Lori, Lots of great ideas. First on the list is "Fluffy" the pet. Oh, they are so important. We have strict condo laws on weight and height and how many. Finding pet friendly beaches, parks and lots of walking paths and of course good vets. Treat their pets well and you have a sale. :-)
