Hi Chris - Many towns in your area are having Winter Lights events.  Is this a regional co-ordinated weekend?

Marc, there are 33 communities across Canada competing by communitry size (judged by volunteers).  This is the 9th Edition of WinterLights and the Town of New Tecumseth (of which Alliston, Beeton and Tottenham are three of the larger villages) is competing in the middle division (The three divisions are towns under 7500 pop, towns between 7500 and 50000 and towns over 50,000).  Brampton and Barrie are two other town near the GTA that are also competing (though in the towns over 50,000 category).
