The Northgate housing market continues to be a BUYERS Market, as there is currently an 9.5 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "BUYERS MARKET".   Sales units in 2008 were down 17% from 2007, but 2008 pricing was only down 7.5% from 2007.     Sales units continue to increase in 2009 vs. 2008, but average pricing has continued to decline.
