Gorgeous transformations. I am a big believer in staging the home. Just wish more of my sellers were too!
I've recently begun offering a staging consultation for new listings. It's too new to judge the results, but just having another expert (in addition to myself, or course!) on their team has made the sellers very happy.
There is no question to which cause more interest and will attract more buyers. The transformations make the rooms warmer and more appealing. I'm a firm believer in staging homes and do offer this service..makes a world of difference!
I think the key to persuading your sellers to see the value of staging is working with a staging professional and really seeing the amazing results that can happen. A good stager should be able to provide you with powerful marketing materials and statistics that will encourage sellers to see how important staging is!
Ray - Good for you! Yes sellers love knowing that their home is receiving expert attention don't they! I'm sure your listings are looking better for photos too! Congratulations on a great business decision!
Good for you Dorie! You're right -- when a buyer goes online and sees vacant after vacant rooms it's easy to see why they take a second look at a beautifully photographed and staged home!
I totally agree. Great job.
Congrats, Margaret, on the new client! And what a beautiful job you did. It sounds like you put a lot of work into convincing her that staging works, but there's no better way than showing them.
You are the master stager in your area. Always dependable results and a smile that lights up the world as a bonus!
Staging has just not caught on here as of yet. So I am interested in how it works and plays out in the Real world.
Margaret - I have a couple of projects that I haven't had time to post yet, either. So, I can relate entirely (smile).
I had not seen Mel's post. Thanks for including it here in the group. The staging came out very nice!
