Why would you give a referral?

30% Referral fee is the answer!  If you have a client moving to the Houston, TX area, I'd be honored to help them find the perfect home and pay you 30%.

Other cities we service include but are not limited to:

  • Houston, TX
  • Katy, TX
  • Sugar Land, TX
  • Stafford, TX
  • Missouri City, TX
  • Richmond, TX
  • Rosenberg, TX

We will also resiprocate when possible!  It would be an honor for us to help you clients with all of their relocation needs.

30% - not bad.  It will be interesting to hear the feedback from other agents.  Do you think most agents mind paying a referral fee?

Most are willing to pay 25%, and I'm willing to work on volume and pay 30%!!!

Thanks for your post.  Referrals represent over 87% of my business.  I love receiving great referrals and gladly pay referrals to the agents who sent the clients.  I also cheerfully send out referrals to agents who I know will do a great job for my clients.  I think your post sends a message that you are willing to do what it takes to increase your business.  70% of the pie is better than no pie at all.

Thanks for letting us know about your services. 30% is a nice referral fee! We will keep you in mind. We have had a few clients move to Texas. (Dallas/Ft. Worth area) Never know...it is always good to have the connections! Please keep us in mind if you have anyone moving to the Chicago-land area. We have no problems paying a referral!
