I have a large number of assets (loans), both performing and non-performing in NV to sell.   What is available there is:

Non-Performing Office Building Loans
Performing/Non-performing Commercial RE Loans
Performing Business Assets Loans
Non-Performing Business Assets Loans
Performing/Non-performing Residential Loans
Performing/Non-performing Commercial Unsecured Loans
Performing/Non-Performing Consumer Loans

Total number of Loans:    352
Total number of Loan Pools:  11
Total balance:    $54,799,832

Have any investors out there that are interested in something like this?   These loans go for .50 cents or less on the dollar for performing loans, non-performing loans go for about .35 cents on the dollar.
