Understanding the Internet Buyer (NAR Convention Speech)

In case you missed Spencer's presentation at NAR, he posted all of his materials and video here. If you get a chance, I highly recommend spending some time watching it. There are some great statistics on how people are using the internet.

Here is my presentation from the NAR Convention in San Diego, "Understanding the Internet Buyer". If you ever want me or someone from Zillow to present to agents in your office (in person or via webinar), please let me know.
