I think energy audits should be a part of regular home inspections. It's the only way a buyer can really know what they are getting. I'm glad to hear the speaker talked about energy efficient mortgages. I haven't heard too much good about them except good idea--if they worked. Maybe the Recovery Through Retrofit program will change that.
