OK, how many of you have not updated the picture on your business card in the past, lets say 5 years? I can't tell you how many times I have to take a double take at the picture on the card and who is standing in front of me! Come on now, lets get rid of those High School yearbook pictures and update those cards!
About a month back I had the pleasure of working with my son-in-law while my ankle was on the mend from a nasty injury. I knew the agent but he did not, he had only seen her picture on her business card. While I looked inside the home he worked on the outside and in the crawl space. The agent came up to him and asked if he wanted a bottle of water, he said yes as it was a very hot day. He asked her if she was the buyer and she said no that she was the buyers agent. He then asked her if she worked with her daughter. The agent said no, I only have a son. My brilliant son-in-law then spouted out "Well you can't be the buyers agent because their agent is a younger lady with brown hair." Needless to say the agents picture was about 20 years old on her card!
