Hi Renee.... We only have one gated community in Victoria, a small townhouse development on a Gold Course

This sounds like a nice place, large homes...2400 - 4,000 sq.ft... nice. I'm sure they are very popular.

Spanish palms sounds like a super area to live; I love those terracotta roofs everywhere.

Fred:  I think they are very popular because the turnover is very light in that neighborhood!  Beautiful hidden gem of a neighborhood!

Tom:  I like them too, don't miss asphalt shingles like we had in the midwest!  Ours has a lifetime warranty (as long as you never step foot on the roof!)
