Mt. Pleasant had 76 single family detached homes sell during October with an average sales price of $335,023 and median price of $281,000. This a slight increase from September sales with a 17% decrease in average sales price and a 18.9% decrease in median price. The average number of days on market (DOM) was 126 which was a slight improvement over the previous month. On average, homes sold for 96% of the list price. For every home sold, 1.82 homes were newly listed for sale. At the current rate of sale, it would take approximately 14.92 months to deplete home inventory; six months inventory is considered a balanced market.
Park West had the most sales of any Mt. Pleasant neighborhood with 12 sales. Overall, Mt. Pleasant home sales are down over the same time period last year by 18.24%. There are currently 880 single family detached homes listed for sale in Mt. Pleasant.
