I just started running an add on Realtor.com, on eof the side skyscraper ads.  What success have any of you had with this type of advertising?  I have high expectations for it, but would like any feedback of people who have used this service before.

I would be really interested to see how that does for you.  not to  be a downer but my bet is you never get a call you can directly track back to Realtor.com.  Good site though for your listings to be on.

I hear that Realtor.com is very pricey for what you get. I too would like to hear what success other agents have had. Is this better than local advertising? Should you balance your advertising?

Has any agents had success with radio advertising or is print and Internet the best place to put your money?

I have yet to see anyone have success with realtor.com. I have however had success with Zillows Ads where you pay 1 penny everytime your ad is seen, and you get to specify which zip codes its in etc.

And you can do it for as little as 10$$.. Ive gotten several clients from it.

Tried a few ads with Zillow but without success.  Craigslist is great
