Dear Public Reader ~ This Post is For You! 

Frankly, most of the Posts are for you!  It's my attempt to Reach Out and Touch You! :-) I try to think of myself - in my PRE-REALTOR DAYS - and remember the questions and concerns I used to have.  Then I think of the questions my Clients today bring up. 

 

                                          

There was a time when just about everything we wanted to know we could find on T.V.  Well now the internet is like our T.V. and Blogs are your Current Events and Info!'

There are so many things that we as Realtors can take for granted.  For us so much of the information is 'old hat' we deal with it day in and day out that it's easy to forget that for you it's not!  There's that old saying:  You don't Know What You Don't Know! :-)

So this is my goal ~ to inform and educate & hopefully anticipate the questions you might have.  Then I try to sprinkle it with a little bit of this and a little bit of that.  That little bit of this and that might have to do with stores and business in your community; or maybe some localism - information and links in our neighbourhood or backyard.  Other posts give you a glimpse into My World - and hopefully help you get to know me about before you make that all important decision How Do I Find a Good Realtor? From That Chilliwack Girl!

And to provide you with  Everything You Wanted to Know About Real Estate but Were Afraid to Ask!

Oh and P.S.  I wanted to encourage you to make comments when you pop on by.  I think you may think that the comments are only for Realtors.  But that's NOT true! I know you're out there reading - so please do take a moment to make a comment too!

Liz, It's a good post.  It's funny that I don't often get comments from consumers but I DO get questions and I love to hear them...and can help answer them in a follow up blog.  I want to make sure I'm covering questions that others want to know and read about!

Good post, Liz.  I guess we should all open up our blogs to comments from readers/the public, but the spam is unreal.  Some people do, however, take the time to email directly, which is great (especially when they have questions).

You look good on tv, by the way.... and I thought the same as Fred.  Here's the Oprah replacement. :)

Liz,  It usually takes many years to get a TV gig.  Nice to see you have made it.  I just can't take another reality show though.  Keep it "unreal".  

Good points about blogs.  They are a great source of information.  In fact, my TV watching has just about become zero these days.

I'm just glad that blogging hasn't been completely overtaken by vlogging. Since I was primarily "vlogging" before blogging, I'm burnt out, when so many other people are just now winding up for videos. As usual, I'm backwards  >.<
