Have you ever forgot to change the price on a website or on a flyer? Something that I have done to help me remember all the places we need to change with a price adjustment is making a custom action plan in Top Producer. The action plan is very simple and would looks something like this:
- Change Price in MLS
- Change Price on Website
- Order New Flyers
- Contact All Showing Agents about Price Change
Those are a few examples to get an idea of what that plan may look like. There is nothing worse than having a seller calling up and asking if you have "new flyers" for them or why the "price isn't changed on your website."
