I am amazed how many buyer leads I picked up this past week directly from my Realtor.com listings.  I paid the $500-$600 per year to be a featured member on Realtor.com.  Realtor.com's yearly subscription pricing depends on how many listings you have had in the past year.  All of my listings  get to the top of the categories on on the website as well as I can add multiple photos and include more property description including scrolling text and property titles.  Buyers will be able to contact me directly and not my brokerage in order to ascertain more information on the real estate property listing they are calling on.   

Also, by having an enhanced Realtor.com subscription, I do not get charged to load my virtual tours and picture galleries to my Realtor.com listings.  Another great feature on Realtor.com is that potential buyers can click to view properties with virtual tours first and see my listings more likely than other listings without virtual tours. 

Realtor.com also provides tracking information, so I can show my sellers how many people are hitting their Realtor.com listing page.  It has also become a huge listing tool.  I take my laptop on all of my listings and show my sellers how being featured on Realtor.com puts me above the competition in my marketing efforts.

I have closed two buyer-side transactions already this year directly from being featured on Realtor.com .  I am also currently working with three buyers that came from Realtor.com.  If you go to resource.realtor.com, you will also see a plethora of marketing materials, including a PowerPoint presentation, and updated real estate statistics and advice to include in your listing presentation.

With Realtor.com being the # 1 source online for home buyers to browse to look for real estate property listings, its imperative that I spend my marketing dollars on this cost-effective medium.  I have also received more hits to my personal real estate website as a result of being featured on Realtor.com, because potential clients can see a picture of me and all of my contact information including email address and website.

I had wondered in the past how effective realtor.com was for leads.  Your post confirms that it actually can work.  They contacted me a while back and asked if I would like to see my listings gain more recognition, and now I may just do it. Thanks!

We have over 450 listings, all foreclosures, and are thinking about doing Realtor.com to get more leads for our buyers agents.

Can anyone out there tell me if we should expect a huge response if we sign up for Realtor.com.

Keep in mind they quoted us 1200 per month due to the volume of listings we have
