Red Eyed Frog...

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

I think I will become one very soon from sitting in front of my computer day and night. But it's not what I wanted to blog about. I've received new listing of home in Costa Rica and there was website about the location so I could learn more about it. So one of the pages on the website was designated to a frog that lives in Costa Rica. I just found it so cute, so I decided to share it.....

Red Eyed Tree Frog

Hi, my name is Froggy and I am the Arenal.net mascot living in the wild... I was photographed in the Arenal region but I can be found all throughout Costa Rica.

Since I have been given this page I would like to set the record straight about one thing. I am a "Red Eyed Tree Frog", not a "Drunk Frog" as some have mistakenly labeled me. This is a common mistake as people take one look at these red eyes and assume I have been out partying all night and have a horrid hangover. It is a fact that I sleep at day, so at night when I am busy eating insects they are not likely to be frighted by my eyes.

Some people think that the photographer should have used red-eye reduction for these photos. This is not true, my eyes are really this red! Bring your camera to Costa Rica and you will see for yourself!

Isn't he so cute? Today we discovered something new about the resident of Costa Rica. OK, it's not exactly Real Estate related..... :-)

it looks like a toy. One of our high profile agents is moving to Costa Rica to do real estate.

It's not a toy, this little guy is for real. Believe me, I am one of the web designers for arenal.net and I know the photographer.

For all the Froggy fans, here is a link to some more photos: http://www.arenal.net/red-eyed-tree-frog/

I know, I was just kidding about the 'Toy" thing. He is just so adorable, I could kiss it even without hoping that it will turn into a Prince. :-)
