A Weight Loss Diary, Part Nine

Last night, I was FREAKIN' AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

I went home, and was home alone.  I cooked a chicken breast in a skillet with lemon juice and a little zero fat butter spray, cooked a TON of green beans, and made some rice.  I only ate two tablespoons of rice.  I just wanted a little something other than veggies and chicken.

I covered half my plate with green beans.  It was great.  I felt SATISFIED after I got done eating.  That was a new, nice feeling to have.

I sat, watching TV afterwards, and fighting that urge to find something to eat just to have something for my hands to do.

I did my Biggest Loser workout.

Two of them.

I worked out for over an hour total.  It was great!  I felt great afterwards.  I love the workouts because they help some things you would never think a workout would help.

For example, in the Biggest Loser workout, you do trunk rotations.  When I do them, my back starts to crack.

It always seems to cure headaches, and keep them away for a few days.

So I was totally pumped!

Today I have just had a lot of water to drink.  I had a small donut, but that's okay.  It's been a good day.

A very good!!!!

GREAT JOB JOSLYN!!!!  GO GO GO GO GO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  YAY!!!  Keep up the good work... it gets easier and easier with each passing day.

I have not tried the Biggest Loser Workout.  I will have to look into that.  I have just found Fit TV and I watch different things on there to try to mix it up so I don't get bored.

Joslyn I have been following your post and this is my first comment.... I feel your pain!  I lost 120 lbs myself...so I can relate to your posts.  Hunger was the killer for me.   I found that high volume low fat and calorie meals were the answer for me.  I have a huge salad with lunch and dinner.  Sometimes I even eat one for breakfast.  When I have already maxed out my fat grams for the day.... I use Japanese
Rice Wine Vinegar as a dressing.  It is a little bit sweet and adds 0 fat.  I also love air popped popcorn with some Tabasco sauce sprinkled on for a snack.  When the ice cream attack gets me... I eat a fat free fudgesicle.  They have 0 fat and 60 calories, plus they are creamy and chocolaty.  Keep up the awesome work!!!!

Robert - I think that's the key!  Thanks!

Kimberly - Well, I'm not the coordinated type, so to have one workout that I work on seems to work better.  I'm not very good at seeing someone do something on TV and trying to do it myself.  If it's not fast-paced, I'm fine, though!  Very cool!  Thanks so much!

Aziz - THANKS!!!  I'm so excited!

Kelli - Thanks for commenting!  I love to hear from everyone and have positive feedback!  We went shopping this weekend, so I have new snacks!  Tabasco sauce on popcorn sounds good... I'll have to try that!  Check for my new blog!

Deborah - Thanks for stopping by!  I'm on the feel good train, and I hope to not stop anytime soon!

Shawn, we should seriously make this a competition.  I would do better if I was competing against someone.....  GO SHAWN!  We are gonna be thin real estate professionals!!!!

I will join that competitiion.  We should do something taking us through the end of August or September.  I am going to Las Vegas in September and am going to make that my goal but we should do that!

Desiree - Very good!  I think it is so helpful to have people working with me toward a similar goal!

Nikki - We should!  I really want to go to the convention (I'm assuming that's what you're talking about) but don't know if I'll have the financial means to.  I better work harder so I can!

I meant a competition as you mentioned to Shawn.  We can have our own competition.  I didn't know there was a convention.  Maybe I didn't read far up enough.

Oh!  I was talking about Vegas, the REALTOR convention.  Then I remembered that you probably wouldn't be going to that.... I'm silly.

I agree!  A competition would be great!

oh sorry...that's what I thought you meant... To see who loses the most weight by a certain date...  Just to make it a little more exciting and motivating.  Let me know if you decide to do that...
