736 Joes Lake Road, Cambridge is a new listing I noticed on the BEST ASSETS website. I have not seen the home come up on the MLS yet so this is a home that a lot of buyers might not know about.

The initial bidding period ends next Sunday 11/29. I have been finding a lot of good deals on HUD homes this year and this one is price below market value now. So if you or someone you know whats to take a look at it let me know.
