I  was wondering if anyone could tell me a good REO Book to buy.There are so many out there and frankly I am not sure what is a scam or not.

I want to get into REO Listings and don't have the slightest idea of how to accomplish this.Hopefully someone out there is experienced and would share this with me.

I have been successful like most of you in getting the BPO's,but finding out that for the amount that is paid it is such a detailed task and alot of times they want alot more done for a little amount of money.

Reo Listings is something that I think we should all look at due to the downswing in the market

I would suggest getting certified for reo's. I think Ocwen does a certification, reo prep does, and you may also want to check your local MLs.
