Oh BOY! Coffee & Donuts! I am just kidding but have to tell you that I do open houses too and they work for me on many different levels. And posting about them does too because I have had clients find me through my posts here at AR especially when looking for property or a Realtor in my particular neighborhoods! I hope you have good activity!

Renee: You did great. I like the walk thru video's like that. The main issue on walk thru is lighting. It hard to keep the camera focused with the lighting changes. Rich

Russell: I hope for real estate professionals and my personal database to drop by! I have emailed and facebooked the poo out of this one! Maybe you can fly in from Austin (ha!)

Richard: Notice how the lighting in my house is fine? Oh well, you win some you lose some! I will figure it out some day!

Renee,

I enjoyed the video, especially some of the text commentary.

Renee - Kudos on the video!!  I thought you did a great job.  I have such a fear of cameras I'm not sure I could get through one, but I suppose I'm going to have to join the crowd...it seems to be the wave of the future.

Renee,

Great use of video and I'd have never guessed it was your first one except I would have seen it in one of your post though.

Renee,

Do I have time to get there for the Donuts?

Great video - the camera is very flattering - you look like you own it.

My only suggestion is a bit longer with the graphics - hard to read that quick and watch the video too.

We expect greatness...as I'm sure you do too.

John

Hi Renee!  SLACK?  Who needs to be granted ANY slack?!  You did FANTASTIC!  I love the idea--I just wish I had a videographer!  LOL

Great job and I hope your first open house was a HUGE success--so huge that you had no leftovers!  You'll have to buy more for the second one--hopefully you don't have to do the one in DEC!

Happy Thanksgiving...

Renee, fun video!  Videos are hard to do right, so I haven't ventured into this area yet.  One thing I do know is to keep your shots short.  Or is that your shorts shot?!  LOL!
