Good Localism post -- we have enjoyed Bone Fish in Seattle and in Phoenix -- they are all good.
We have one of these in Cool Springs. Great place to go if you are a fish lover...

Didn't know there were so many around. Ours just changed locations and re-opened. Great food.
Oh my gosh, there is NOTHING like Bang Bang shrimp at Bonefish Grill! I get it for my meal and it's the only time in my life I DON'T share!! I'm serious! I've scoured the internet trying to find the Bonefish recipe for Bang Bang shrimp.
One time, I had a closing near the Carmel Road Bonefish. I wanted to take my elderly sellers to lunch there prior to the closing. IT WAS CLOSED! We were so disappointed because I had really talked it up.
Thanks for the great post - makes me want to go there right now!!!
