well doneIt is an honor to be able to post my first Week in Review for my fellow Mortgage Experts here on Active Rain.  I have been given the opportunity this week from David Podgursky, the Mortgage Go To Guy.  I have read the past couple weeks compiled by David and Jason Sardi, the key point they made..."This is no easy job".  I agree with them!  (I believe I have a whole new understanding for writing mortgage blogs).  To all my fellow mortgage professionals...Please, let's continue to post more topics that show our mortgage knowledge to consumers and our fellow REALTORS.  And my special plea, to the ladies...let's show what you've got!  With no further commentary...

Leah,

Great info. I will comment on giving 3-cards. Personally, I like working with one loan originator-mortgage broker and developing a close working relationship, so the customer gets the best result.

Leah: Thank you for taking the time to do this, and thank you for including me. I made the same comment about the "ladies" when I noticed you were the only one on this list. In fact, it actually inspired me to write more mortgage posts. Just as encouragement to others: our industry is so misunderstood by the general public, and even Realtors, that it is easy to come up with content that is relevant. Your career is probably rich with stories that we could all learn from.

Let's ramp it up and write some good stuff next week! Okay, the mortgage cheerleading is now over.
