With the upcoming holiday, I got to thinking about what I was thankful for. While the world of real estate can be at times crazy for lack of a better word. I love my work and love being in Myrtle Beach. Who wouldn’t? Now more than ever is the time to make a move to purchase your first home, or buy that ocean getaway you have been thinking about. Not only are the prices great. But Myrtle Beach is the place to be. Reasons I am thankful for living in Myrtle Beach. Myrtle Beach has over 100 golf courses. Golf rates are great in Myrtle Beach and there are lots of courses for beginners to even the seasoned pros. Restaurants, Myrtle Beach has over $1,700 restaurants, so you know you can find something for everyone and maybe even try something you have never had before. I love being able to go out and experience something new every time I go out. But of course I have my hole in the wall restaurants that I could eat at on a daily basis. Temperature, while everyone else is shoveling snow and freezing in the cold Myrtle Beach has great weather temperatures. The average temperature even in the month of December is 60 degrees. The people, Myrtle Beach is a great melting pot of people from all over the country and even all over the world. I love being able to meet new friends and learn about their cultures and experiences. Myrtle Beach is also a place you will never be bored. Whether it is shopping, the outdoors, entertainment, you will find something. From the outlet malls, to the new market commons there are thousands of shops for even the most seasoned shoppers. There is the Palace theater, Legends, the Carolina Opry, and Many more ventures to go and catch a show. And of course last but not least the Atlantic Ocean. Even when you have a rough day at work, you can stroll along the beach, listen to the waves and relax your soul. Now is the time for you to get into the real estate market and make your purchase and trust me, when you do next thanksgiving you will have one more thing to be thankful for. add to del.icio.us :: Add to Blinkslist :: add to furl :: Digg it :: add to ma.gnolia :: Stumble It! :: add to simpy :: seed the vine :: :: :: TailRank :: post to facebook
