Hello,
I need a place to rent for a year contract before I am able to find a suitable home to buy and get settled with my family.We are relocating from Southampton and need at least a minimum of 1bedroom or a 3bedroom home at maximum depending on what you have available.I will be moving soon and i'm looking to move in by next month 16th till first week of April 2008.

Please,advise when the property will be available and also let me know what it would take for you to hold the place for me pending when we meet to complete the paperwork and get the keys. I earnestly look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.We do not smoke or keep pets and are ready to take care of the home as if it were ours.
