"UP" It's a good word!

Hi there Active Rainer's, the year is coming to a close and the news media and word on the street is things are looking up, we still have a long way to go but looking back a year ago we have really come a long way. I remember this time last year in Northwest Arkansas and the holidays were pretty quite as far as real estate goes. This year people are out selling, buying and taking advantage of the low prices, low interest rates and of course the tax credit.

The homes sales in this area have gone up 27% since this time last year and the last two or three months the home values have increased. All very good signs. It's Thanksgiving this week and we have much to be thankful for. America has done it before and will do it again. We will be stronger and better from this experience.

Let's work right through the holidays and keep those sales and home values rising and push right into the new year with more good stats and make 2010 a great year. We have until April 30th to get as many contracts as possible under contract and have two more months to get them closed.

Don't let up now keeping pushing, keep prospecting, keep asking, keep going up, up, up!!!!

Thanks,
