Welcome to our vacation and second home group, David and Kristin. Jim and Maria seemed to think prices are good in Myrtle Beach. What would this home or a comparable one cost?
Sorry for the delayed response. We just got back from vacation today. Thanks for the welcome. The prices in Myrtle Beach have corrected themselves recently. We had a huge boom (overpricing) the past year and a half, so things are leveling now. This is a great home for the money in this neighborhood. Greetings from Myrtle Beach!!
