This Royal Oak condo has been on the market for the last two years. Other condos in the complex have been selling and they were all in the same basic price range.

The condo has a lot to offer. It has garage parking, and elevator from the garage to the units floor.

Could it be that the presentation just wasn't there?

Nice work Virginia. This job must have taken a considerable amount of time??

Very clever to put the link on the door knocker.

Wish I could say that I've never seen such outdated lighting but those are pretty typical for my area.

I'd bet that the showings pick up and a sale is in the near future.

Ginger, in your area are all those light fixtures associated with "older people communities"

We have that in this condo and that why we are updating it all.

Virginia the population of my entire area is about 75% seniors (55+) and second home owners (again many seniors) therefore almost every house that I see needs serious updating. Definitely a challenge!
