Terry - it is rather ironic that you posted this and I posted the Ritz Cracker mock apple pie recipe at the same time. Could it be that food is on our minds! Terrie, my favorite is Turkey Hash on biscuits that my grandmother used to make. I've never seen a recipe, but it's basically turkey gravy with turkey and sauteed onions over biscuits - yum! Can't wait! Happy Thanksgiving :)
