Hi William: I think Chestnut Hill Ave was on the market so long and sold at a deep discount because it is only a 1 bath.  Thanks for all the info.

Lori - It's easy, using Excel. Just pop a picture in the walls. I might just start doing that for all of my reports, not just the quarterly ones.

Matt - You might be right about that.

William,

You do great looking charts. I just cannot figure out how to get my gridlines to be displayed in my blog.

William, me, too!  I love the way you've inserted local photos into your charts.  I, of course, am still trying to figure out the basics of inserting charts!

Hey, William - Great graphs, particularly the backgrounds. I'm really surprised that more Realtors don't learn the ins and outs of Excel since virtually everyone has it.

Happy December!

I am loving to see those average list and sale prices being pushed up like that!  Green with envy!

Renee - I just wish that the push was uniform all over my market areas. As you will see when I post the market reports for December, not every area experienced such a surge.

Russel - Excel may be great for some things, but it does not always provide the optimum graph/chart-making exeprience. That's one of the reasons why I don't use it as much, although I am about to start using it more...
