off since last year with the pending sales in Tigard, Oregon were

2008 for the month of August when the last stats came out. The news
isn’t good for Tigard, Oregon home sales
with the average sales price being down by 8.8% from

time last year, This is down more than a percent since July. Though
many foreclosed homes have hit the market, the hit to average price of
homes seems to be less than expected.
