Last week was ‘opening week’ for Boyd’s Christmas trees and wreaths season. I stopped by at sundown and there was St. Nick.

Boyd Mountain Christmas Tree Farm is where many people in Western North Carolina go to get their Christmas trees every year. I go there year round just to take in and photograph the beautiful of this beautiful Haywood County farm.

Love these local tree farms where you can pick out your own tree.

Susie - looks like a neat place to purchase that Christmas tree. We need to decide where to go this year - traditionally we go to a tree farm to cut down our tree.

I'm back. Just wondering if I can post my Christmas list for Santa here. I mean, it looks like he's residing close-by you. Do you have any pull with him?  =P
