Your home needs just as much WOW FACTOR on the exterior as it does the interior. The first impression begins when the home buyer sees your house listed on the Internet, then it continues as they drive up to visit the house that has grabbed their interest! If this key area (curb appeal) doesn't get their attention, you may NEVER get them into your house.
Great CURB APPEAL begins a lasting impression for home buyers and helps to create that 'I desire to live here' feeling.

Home buyers are looking for a house to fill their vision of their DREAM HOME and it is up to you to bring this to them when staging your home for sale. Begin with the curb appeal!

This freshly painted exterior sold this home! We painted the front porch deck too (it was a faded red)! If you want to see the before shot plus tour this home, see the before and after photos page, click on VIDEOS.
Make sure this very important part of your home is staged to perfection!
Remember, a first impression is a lasting one.

It's a strange quirk of human nature that we see what we expect to see. Thus, when a prospective buyer pulls up in front of a home that is neat, tidy, and well-kept, they expect to see the same inside. And unless there's something drastic, that's just what they will see.
Conversely, if the yard is full of weeds and the gate is hanging by one hinge, they'll expect to find a lot of things wrong with the interior - and they'll be looking for them.
So, for the homemaker who keeps the inside in beautiful condition but leaves the exterior work for a spouse who doesn't get it done - get out your whip! (Or do it yourself!)
That is, if you want to sell the house. If you just want the tax assessor to think you're living in a shack, well, then let that spouse procrastinate!
