Pacific Spirit Regional Park

One of my favourite places to visit in Vancouver is Pacific Spirit Regional Park. The park is on the west side of Vancouver (UBC / Point Grey neighbourhoods) and is over 54 km of walking/hiking/mountain biking trails.  I take my dog there often and we walk amongst the old growth forest and just relax.  The trails are soft and it can get quite muddy when it rains.  The smell of the trees around you is incredible....it is like walking in your very own oxygen purifier.   If you go, take a map and a friend with you.  You are walking in the woods and it is never a good idea to do this alone.  Here are some pictures of PSRP on a rainy fall Vancouver day.

Walking in Pacific Spirit Park on a grey Vancouver Day. So refreshing and lovely!

Views like that are exactly why I loved coming to your beautiful country and going camping for two weeks at a time. You really could escape.
