6 Comments on Bella Vista Condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores
Hi Jon, Very nice. Looks like what I remember of the coastline in Palm Beach and Singer Island. Of the sold properties you list the highest is $600K. & or the 11 for sale are over that amount. Are prices/demand increasing or it would occur to me that there will be some disappointed homeowners as they sit unsold.
Jon, Bella Vista Condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores are gorgeous and appear to have held their value better than some other places.
William - 2009 is not a stellar year.Developer was unloading unsold units, or, better say, those that people who reserved them, did not close, so they lost their 15% deposit.
Plus few distressed sales. What you see on sale now are the resales, and except for the lowest priced units, whihc are short sales, they are trying to at least not to lose. Don't know how the market goes, so it may be a disappointment for some Sellers
Sharon - developer sold all his units there, and now we are not going to see the prices like that any more.
Some people were very lucky and bought million dollar units for less than half price.
jon,
This is a really beautiful luxury building, a gem in Daytona Beach Shores. I have been showing units there lately, and I fell in love with the condo building
It sure is, thank you
