Midori Miller Steps into the Spotlight!

Blogger's Choice Selections Group is Launching the First Ever Blogger's Choice Spotlight!  Our host for this event is Midori Miller.  Midori is a well respected Blogger on Active Rain and a Realtor with Century 21Sundance Realty in Daytona Beach, Florida.  Midori began blogging in September of last year and has written over 90 blog posts on Active Rain.

We thought you would enjoy reading a little more about the Host for the Blogger's Choice Spotlight, so I asked Midori to submit her answers to a few questions about her experience on Active Rain.  My first question was about how Midori found/became active on the network.  Each one of us has an interesting story about how we were introduced to this network.

So...Here's Midori Miller in her own words: 

"I found about about activerain thru point2agent.com and jumped on it, I already had blogs thru myspace, yahoo 306 and msn live.  I wanted to be part of  great real estate community.  I am one to jump on new things and try and always be ahead of the game."

I was also curious about what Midori enjoys most about her experience on the Active Rain Network.  Her response was really interesting:

"I think the best part of blogging is the fact I am contributing to history.....kinda like the yahoo time capsule.  That is how I view activerain, we are creating media, it's my opportunity to reach a wide audience by using my voice.  We can share, learn and make a difference with this great FREE tool."

I had never thought of blogging as in the sense of creating living history!

The last question related to the ways in which blogging has impacted her life and business. 

"Blogging has taken me to the next level with creativity and had really helped me in regards to real estate training.  I don't try to reinvent the wheel but use systems and tools that have been used throughout time with a little Midori Miller flavor!  The lead generation is excellent, my new friends and acquaintances I would have never gotten to know without activerain.  I spend a huge part of my time there on the rain and I think if it did not exist I would have never had the courage to do many of the things I am doing now.  So many people on the rain has really changed some views that needed to be changed within myself, so many people inspire me to be a better human being.  I have to say I am a student of life and the rain helps me to learn lessons a little faster."
