For years I have sought the holy grail of the Internet...that #1 position on Google.  Well...today at about 10:30 AM I actually did a Google search for "Newton Real Estate" and my site: weichertcastles.com was #1!  Of course it is now later that same day and weichertcastles.com has slipped back to #2.  So much for hard won battles.  But on the other hand I never saw my site at all in the "Newton MA Real Estate" search and today in the morning itt was on page 7 and then in the evening on page 6.  What does all of this mean?  Not really sure, but apparently my association with Weichert is possibly in part the reason.  The luxury magazine and its on-line database that links off the site: castlesmag.com and castlesmls.com might be also part of the reason.  It might be the 350,000 keywords that Weichert buys daily.  All I know is that when I see the natural search bring my site to #1 I am thrilled!  Can't wait till I see it again.

It is encouraging when you see yourself #1. But the goal really is to be on that first search page for your local area no matter what the real estate search terms entered and above the fold as they say. Keep working at it. There is much to be learned and AR has
so many competent SEO gurus to help.

Fame is fleeting.  Good luck with your quest.  I just want to be number one in sales.
