Built in 1988, Indian Head Forest are attached townhouses situated in the Commack School District #10.  These townhouses can be reached by Jericho Turnpike to Indian Head Road to Indian Head Forest.  This is a gated community with call-box system access, and each unit has central air condtioning and gas heat.  The amenities here is the pool, tennis, and fitness facilities.  Indian Head Forest is surrounded by Madder Lake Circle, Lark Spur, and Wildbury Ct with a lovely pond and fountain.  There are attached garages here and some of the condominiums have basements.  Public records shows that townhouses sold this year,  2009 at Indian Head Forest between $385,000 to $430,000.
