Helpful SureClose Hint for Today (Combining Multi-documents into a Single PDF)

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Holler Law Firm

If you have several documents that you want to combine into a single PDF, here is a cool little trick for you:

You can check to boxes next to each document that you want included in the PDF on the document page and then click the print icon in the upper right hand corner.  This will "re-print" these documents to your SureClose inbox as a single PDF.  Here is an example as to when this comes in handy:  We often will receive the three page CAR Real Estate Transfer Disclosure Statement from the seller and we will post it on the SureClosefile.  Then, the agent will add a fourth page with additional comments that will come in separately.  It is now necessary for us to post this as a single document.  One way to accomplish this would be to email the two documents to your self and check the box to combine them as a single PDF, but this takes several steps including adding a subject and body to your email.  So, clicking the boxes next to these two document and then hitting the print icon is fewer steps and much more efficient.

If you have any questions, anyone of our fine people at Realt-eTransAct can help you.  I hope this helps!

This is great.  We are currently revisiting the Sureclose system and I am really liking all your hints and will share with all my sister offices.

Michelle, that is good news!  I really try to get this information out there for both our clients and other SureClose users.  I'm glad you are finding it useful.  I have been running my transactions through SureClose for about 6 years, so if you ever have a specific question feel free to email it to me and I'll write a post.  I'm always looking for more "helpful hint" ideas.
