How To Network

Most of us should have this down pretty pat by now, but this short little video has a few reminders that they may make use of.

For instance, do you have your business cards on you at all times ready to hand it out when the opportunity arises?  Sure you do....

Interesting Video, wish I had known this 40 years ago when I started to first look for a job, Who knows what I could have become. But the reality is as often as the situation presents itself let your audience know who you are and what you do. It could get business down the road at the very least. Good Post, thanks for sharing

Al & Peggy, Those are great tips for successful networking! I constantly remind my family that I am a real estate agent because they often forget! Happy Monday!

Al and Peggy those were all good suggestions on the video.  And to answer your question, I don't leave the house without a handful of business cards, no matter where I am going.  My wife and kids laugh at me all the time, because there are two certain things that are going to happen the first time I meet anyone, I am going to talk about what I do, and they WILL get one of my business cards :)

Hi Al and Peggy ~ The video presents the basics in a catchy way - I liked it. And the times I should have had business cards handy and didn't pain me to this day.

Hey Al and Peggy - Happy networking during the festive season.  When visiting Santa Claus to tell him how good you've been, don't forget to remind him, Mrs. Claus and all of the elves that you are in real estate.  You never know if they know someone who needs to buy, sell or lease.

Our new goal too Jane, to step it a couple of notches.  We are usually pretty good, but there are times (like running through the groceries lines)when I don't.

Hey Marc, great idea, during the Santa Claus parade Rudolph told us one of the elves has been slacking on the toy line, cause he's always surfing Realtor,ca

Al and Peggy,

Great video and reminder of the right steps to networking.  Thank you for sharing.  Beside photographing the wilderness in Red Lodge and running across a moose from time to time, I do run across people and always make sure to carry business cards with me.  :)

Al & Peggy - Great video reminder.  I must admit I don't always have business cards on me, but typically only when I'm on the soccer field.

What are you saying Gerry, the moose are interested in taking your business card?

But AFTER  the soccer game you get them right Michelle. Now are you playing or cheering on the little ones?
