Seven Meadows homeowners are truly blessed.  Property values are strong.  The amenities around Seven Meadows are incredible.  Additionally they are bordered by one of the best grocery store locations in the area.

HEB is a fantastic grocery store.  The chain is well run and always priced competitively.  However the location in front of Seven Meadows is also an awesome place to eat.  Shopper can find high-end fully prepared food to eat on site or take home for an amazing family meal.  From Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast, the high-end salads, the fully prepared desserts to amazing side dishes the deli at HEB is ready to take care of any dining emergency.

My family and I ate on site just a few days ago and we were floored by the selection.  Having a great institution like this fronting the neighborhood is just another reason Seven Meadows is one of the best places in live in Katy.

Good to hear the HEB in the Katy area is good.

The ones in Austin are horrible. They are so overpriced!  When I moved here from Dallas, everyone kept telling me how great HEB was. In Dallas, you can buy a Gallon of milk for $1.99 at regular price.  At the HEB by my house in Bee Cave, it is $4.09... It's $3.69 when on sale, and sometimes goes to $2.99... where is the competetive pricing that they talk about on the commercials?!
