Four Letter WordFour letter words get a bad reputation.

Swear WordsGranted, there's a lot of them that shouldn't be used in polite conversation, let alone be written on a real estate blog.  Pick a letter of the alphabet and there's almost certain to be an offensive word that starts with that letter.

Okay... maybe not Y or Z, but you get the point.

Here's one four letter word that should get your blood pumping:

JOBS

Jobs in D.C. Area

According to an index by CareerCast.com and JobSerf, D.C. is currently the best city to find a job because it has the most available job openings.  This index measures U.S. managerial recruitment activity.  For the 5th month in a row, the Metropolitan D.C. area offered more job opportunities per capita than any metro area in the United States.

With rising unemployment around the country, many job seekers have become more willing to relocate for work.  The metro-D.C. area, and specifically the Northern Virginia suburbs have the lowest unemployment numbers of any large metropolitan region.

All of this may inspire you with another four letter word:

MOVE

Prices might be a bit lower in the Baltimore area with an easy commute to DC.

My favorite 4 letter word is "NEXT"
